On June 18th and 19th I was supposed to be hosting a pageant for the Dallas County Fair Rodeo Queen. I won the title last year and was the second person to go on to win the teen title too. But because we only had one girl apply, she automatically got the title. So...Congrats to Jenna Kool from Adel for winning the Miss Dallas County Fair Rodeo queen title.
We were joined by Amanda McNees, Miss Leon Rodeo, for Friday nights performance. We got to be apart of the grand entry and also do our queens runs. We also worked chasing out calves in the roping events. After the performance there was slack so Jenna and I stayed to work that as well. It was so nice to be so close to home. A lot of my sponsors were able to see my decaled trailer and watch me work the rodeo. I had such a great time with Jenna and Amanda.Until we ride again...
